The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 683 of 2019, Special Case No. 6668 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a)(b)/38/41 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 10 ltrs of Desi Mahua Wine was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019.
