2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Damage of Public Property Act, 1984.

3. As per FIR, on a tip off, the informant along with other police personnel reached at the place of occurrence where in course of checking of vehicle, it came to light that three vehicles dashed each other, for that, the road was blocked. The informant tried to pacify the matter and in consequence thereof, the assembled people created hindrance and brick-batting was

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, the occurrence took place between e-Rickshaw and a bus and as a result of which, some passengers became injured. The persons of the vicinity assembled there and protested, for that, they were made accused.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
