The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11088 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017, pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the prayer portion of the main bail application, the name of the court was mentioned as '3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi' in place of '3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16075 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Judge, Excise Act, Purnea'.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let in last paragraph of the order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11088 of 2018, the name of the court be read as '3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea' in place of '3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi'.

The order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11088 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
