JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.Case No. 19 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that Biometric Data Verification of the petitioner did not match to him at the time of interview with the Biometric Data Verification of the written examination. Submission is that due to some technical snag, the report of two Biometric data miss-matched, however, petitioner has remained in custody since 24.01.2018 and has clean antecedent and is an unemployed educated person appearing in several competitive examinations.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Amit Kumar, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18328 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018.
