Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner while preferring appeal before the Divisional Commissioner made interpolation in the date of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of Scheduled Caste, the case was instituted by him under the SC/ST Act against some others but the money given by the government was not given by the informant, therefore, the petitioner made complaint, so he has has been implicated in this case.

No.7553 of 2018(2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Kailash Kumar Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.90 of 2017.
