2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2023 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is added.

3. The petitioner is the son of the deceased and he is in custody since 25.02.2023. During investigation it has come that the deceased sustained gun-shot injury in an accidental firing, and therefore, charge sheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the period of custody, this

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2023 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023.
