The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-3 to the bail application, it appears that the informant has received the cheque from the Gram Panchayat. Hence, no case is made out against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
