This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
There is general and omnibus allegation against F.I.R. named accused persons that they were asking the informant to celebrate festival as per Christianity. There is allegation of hurling bomb also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that simple splinters were noticed at the time of examination of the injuries. The allegation is not specific. The petitioner has got no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23288 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
