2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, in the backdrop of transaction of money with regard to promoting the company of a medicine, the dispute arose between the parties and in consequence thereof, the petitioners are said to have abused, misbehaved, assaulted and threatened the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69941 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 that the main dispute was between the informant and the co-accused Nilkamal. The petitioner has been made accused merely because he was present at the spot at the time of occurrence. He has submitted further that the main accused Nilkamal has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45959 of 2023 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
