The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 04.09.2019.

Case No. 60 of 2019.
