Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.885 of 2017 (G.R. No.3645 of 2017), registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner withdraw Rs.66,000/- from the K.C.C. loan account of the husband of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no investigation on the point of withdrawal of the money to show that the money was withdrawn by the petitioner, the investigation has been completed and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.9604 of 2018(3) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Madan Mohan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.885 of 2017 (G.R. No.3645 of 2017).
