02. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, in Matrimonial Case No. 1527 of 2019.

03. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner restricts his prayer for early disposal of Matrimonial Case No. 1527 of 2019 and does not want to press his prayer against the impugned order dated 13.09.2023.

04. Since the petitioner limits his prayer for early disposal of the Matrimonial Case No. 1527 of 2019 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the other-side as early disposal of civil cases are in larger public interest.

05. Therefore, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is directed to dispose of the Matrimonial Case No. 1527 of 2019 within a reasonable time period since it is a matter of 2019 and the petitioner is an Air-force personnel having problem in getting leave as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

06. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition stands disposed of.
