JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sakri PS Case No. 140 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant over his head.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was dispute between the petitioner and the informant side for the reason that the informant side had taken Thirty thousand rupees to get his brother employed in Middle east and there is allegation of giving single sword blow but that injury is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Asgar Ali is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Madhubani in connection with Sakri PS Case No. 140 of 2012.
