2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bangara @ N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 172 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 of the IPC and later on, Section 411 of the IPC was added.

3. As per allegation, on 14.12.2023, when the informant was returning to his branch, in the way, two unknown miscreants, who were riding on a motorcycle, snatched his bag, containing cash of Rs 1,71,324/-, mobile, Aadhaar Card, etc.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. His name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused Jagdish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70828 of 2024(3) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Paswan. No incriminating material was recovered from his possession. No T.I.P. was conducted and except his criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Samastipur in connection with Bangara @ N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 172 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
