The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.984/2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 22.08.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
