The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 244.800 litres of Nepali Saufi wine from the possession of the petitioner and another co-accused. He further submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedent of the same nature as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 25.07.2019 He further submits that the petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs. 15,000/- in the Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee.
