Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage. Submission is that subsequently the parties have married and compromise petition has been filed in the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2497 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 case is pending in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) Police Station Case No.346 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
