Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 401, 411, 412, 413 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Two other pillion riders were there. Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2017 Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Harlakhi Police Station Case No. 120 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
