JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 50774 of 2019, by which, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was conditionally allowed with condition to the petitioners to surrender before the court below on 26.08.2019. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that due to confusion the petitioners could not get the knowledge about the surrender by 26.08.2019, as such, they could not surrender. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64207 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. However, the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below, the same shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on record, if possible be disposed of on the same day.
