04-05-2018 Heard Sri Harendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Barauli P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated on an accusation of recovery of a motorcycle, which was shown to be stolen. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the socalled motorcycle, which was shown to be in possession of the petitioner, was never a subject matter of any case of theft. Petitioner has falsely been implicated and he is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph -3 of the petition.

No.26903 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner namely Nikesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018.
