Petitioner by filing this petition seeks extension of period of his surrender in the court below.

The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 15.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32287 of 2019 but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time on account of unavoidable circumstances. The petitioner filed Cr.Misc.No.47530 of 2019 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner and the period of surrender was extended for four weeks from 31.07.2019 but the child of the petitioner fell ill and, therefore, the petitioner could not

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for further four weeks from today.
