2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is alleged that on the tip off, the informant along with other police officials reached at the place of occurrence and found some persons fleeing away leaving Alto Car and a motorcycle. On search, 330 liters of illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the said motorcycle and Alto Car.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72396 of 2024(2) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 petitioners has submitted that on similar footing co-accused namely, Sujit Kumar @ Sujeet Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court.

5. In that view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail which shall be disposed of preferably on the same day taking into account the fact that the co-accused Sujit Kumar @ Sujeet Yadav has been granted regular bail.

6. Granting the said liberty, the bail application stands disposed of.
