This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6753 of 2022. Vide order dated 25.08.2022, the anticipatory bail of petitioner was rejected considering the allegation levelled against him that he had sexual relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage and when she became pregnant, he assaulted her, resulting in termination of her pregnancy. In this application, this Court does not find any cogent reason to modify the order stated above.

Accordingly, the prayer for modification of order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73849 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6753 of 2022 is rejected.
