The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahuawa/Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is that petitioner was seen at the India-Nepal boarder in suspicious condition carrying some articles on cycle, when informant gave signal to stop then petitioner started fleeing after throwing his cycle, but on chase he was apprehended. On search, 45 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
