2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 270/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners have been found involved in motorcycle theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent and petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and they are in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69995 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 26.06.2025. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge -VIIIth -cum- A.C.J.M.- VII, Vaishali at Hajipur /concerned Court below in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 270 of 2025 subject to the condition:- (i) The petitioners after being released on bail, are directed to mark their attendance at Jandaha Police Station, District- Vaishali on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
