JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.10.2017, seeks bail in Mahila PS Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant used to go for prayer in the church and the petitioner, pastor in the church, used to sexually exploit her and established physical relationship. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is a married lady, her husband who runs a tea stall in front of the church wanted settlement of some land in his favour and when his prayer was rejected the petitioner was implicated in this case, however, the petitioner is a functionary in the church and has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandrama Raj (Faster) is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Priyana Sekhar, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Patna City in connection with Mahila PS Case No. 70 of 2017. (Arun Kumar, J) Snkumar/- U T
