Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and deceased had gone together. The deceased was carrying money. On the way, some unknown person looted the deceased and committed his murder. During investigation, suspicion was raised against the petitioner that since he was aware of the money with the deceased, hence, he might be involved in the occurrence.

Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner, save and except, suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2017. Investigation is already complete. The

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandauti Police Station Case No. 150 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
