2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and further added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle which has been recovered from a co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69394 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Gaighat, Muzaffarpur Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
