JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 As prayed, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 14 of the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 40.500 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the Tempo. The petitioner claims to be the driver of the said Tempo. It is contended that the said liquor and the Tempo belong to one Suhag Rai of village Rustampur district Vaishali and, as such, petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged recovery of the liquor. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2018. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

No.22894 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 08/2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
