2. The present petition has been preferred for: "initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders and directions dated 16.09.2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC no. 3508 of 2007."

3. A show-cause of the respondent no. 6 is on record by which the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division,

Patna High Court MJC No.2896 of 2017(12) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 Madhubani has negated the claim of the petitioner.

4. The same is office order no. 580 dated 26.02.2019.

5. This Court is convinced that the order has been complied and the petitioner if so wants can challenge the same before an appropriate Court.

6. Granting liberty, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
