2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained sim card from the company on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has been made accused in this case merely because his Aadhaar card and voter Id card were recovered from Ravi Mobile Centre, Gopalganj during investigation. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged offence and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P. S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
