2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that in a barat party certain persons were misbehaving with the dancing girls. It is alleged that when Raj Kumar Yadav went to object the petitioner one Mithai Yadav assaulted him. It is further alleged that golden chain and Rs. 35,000/- cash was taken away from him and it is further alleged that Golu Yadav and Mithai Yadav gave a knife blow to the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.66502 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/3 from perusal of the injury report it is clear that Raj Kumar Yadav has received two injuries one is bleeding injury from RT iliac crest site and second is bruise wound on the front head. It is submitted that from perusal of the supplementary injury report, it is clear that nature of injury is simple caused by hard and blunt object. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is specific allegation of assaulting with knife whereas the injury report shows that the injuries infringed to Raj Kumar Yadav were caused by hard and blunt object and the allegation does not related with the injury report. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation of giving the knife blow. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 18.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
