Realising the difficulty arising out of the resolution of the Government of Bihar dated 17.10.2013, wherein cut off date of 11.12.1990 has been fixed subsequent to which claim of an employee in respect of working in the Work charge establishment, cannot be entertained for regularization, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permissions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities with his claim for regularization, by submitting that he has been working as a daily wage worker since 1988 which is much prior to the cut off date fixed for the
