2. It is the petitioner's case that public land in the nature of road in front of the petitioner's private land has been encroached upon by respondent No.8 in a manner that it has caused great inconvenience to the petitioner. It is also the petitioner's case that a transformer has been installed in front of

3. It transpires that Respondent No.8, who is said to have caused obstruction has approached this Court by filing writ application, giving rise to CWJC No. 16574 of 2008, in which an interim order has been passed on 27.06.2016.

4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to intervene in the said matter.

5. This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
