This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., death of the victim was caused for non-fulfillment of dowry demand allegedly after nine years of her marriage. Hence, presumption of dowry death is not there. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation is of general and omnibus nature. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23222 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
