The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.237 of 2017, a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Awadhesh Paswan. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2017. However, the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. The investigation is already complete now. In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
