The petitioner has been in custody since 12.08.2017 in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the present petitioner has been added only because he is a family member and there is no specific allegation against him. He further submits that there is only suspicion against the petitioner and that he is languishing in jail though he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the

No.5497 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 petitioner and there being omnibus allegation, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S.
