The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 507 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR as well as re-statement. Form perusal of impugned order, it appears that witnesses are relative of the informant and at the time of lodging FIR they have not revealed the aforesaid fact. The informant Sunil Kumar Yadav

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 507 of 2018.
