2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 04.02.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 442, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted Sikandar Ansari with dabia and bamboo due to which he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that although there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that from perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted to one Sikandar Ansari and the injury report of the injured person suggests that the injury is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as nature of injury, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

7. Prayer is refused.
