JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.12.2017, seeks bail in Sasaram (Town) Model PS Case No. 1379 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

It is contended that the motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather from one Jitendra Singh, only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name and his associates by Jitendra Singh, however the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashlam Ali is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) Model PS Case No. 1379 of 2017.
