Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 5.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24979 of 2017 with direction to the learned court below ton conclude the trial within a period of nine months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up-till-now charge has not been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22298 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case No.57 of 2016 dated 6.7.2016.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
