Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 147, 148, 198, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated persons have been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court.
