2. It appears that the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court without approaching the concerned respondents for redressal of the grievance.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a detail and comprehensive representation before the Respondent No. 4 annexing all the relevant documents in
Patna High Court CWJC No.16961 of 2022(3) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 support of his claim.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No. 4 is directed to disposed of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
