Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 of the IPC. The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping and subsequent murder of the husband of the informant is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2017. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the co-accused, wherein co-accused disclosed that the petitioner was involved in disposal of the dead body with intention to screening the evidence of crime. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23000 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
