The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 332 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner was member of mob and made firing in the air. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has a long criminal history and seven criminal cases are pending against him. He therefore submits that the petitioner does not

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is accordingly rejected. anuradha/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
