2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"(I) For directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services in terms of judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Ashok Kumar Sharma Versus State of Bihar and others, reported in (2016) 1 PLJR 232 and order dated 27.04.2018 passed in CWJC No.4174 of 2016 by which a direction has been issued to Respondent No.2 to issue regularization order of the petitioner of CWJC No.4174 of 2016 who is similarly situated to the petitioner and in same penal in which the name of the petitioner is also appear at Sl.No.132.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15156 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 (ii) For any other relief/reliefs, if petitioner found entitle in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Patna for considering his case to regularize in service.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, if the petitioner files comprehensive representation before the District Magistrate, Patna, in that case, he is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously, in terms of order dated 27.04.2018 passed in CWJC No.4174 of 2016, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
