2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and exhaustive representation along with all the relevant documents before the competent authority under the Act.
3. If the petitioner files the representation within the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16568 of 2022(3) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 aforesaid period, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and is required to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
