2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 325, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, due to dispute of land, when the informant was on walk, his brother and nephew, who are petitioners abused and assaulted him. The allegation against petitioner no. 3 is that he assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head, co-accused Tanman assaulted with farsa, petitioner no. 1 with iron rod on his leg, due to which he sustained injuries. Petitioner no. 2 also fired from pistol but the same did not hit him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Both the parties are gotiya and due to trivial dispute between them, an altercation took place, due to which there is case and counter case between the parties. There is free fight between the parties in which both the parties got injuries. He further submits that the injuries on the person injured are not grievous in nature. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have no criminal antecedent, petitioner no. 3 has one criminal antecedent of the year 2013 in which he is on bail. Petitioner no. 3 is aged about 72 years. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation of this case.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection
