Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.41 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the I.P.C. It has been submitted that the petitioners and the informant are agnates and on account of property dispute, the occurrence of assault took place. A counter case has been lodged from the side of the petitioners also. The allegation of assault is omnibus. The injury reports of the informant and the petitioners have been annexed with this application to show that both parties had sustained simple injuries.
The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24841 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.41 of 2018, G.R. No.392 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
