Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother-in-law and accused of having committed death of her daughter-in-law while she was staying at the Sasural. Apart from the seriousness of allegation, it appears the petitioner evaded the process of Court for a long period of time. That apart, from the impugned order, it appears during investigation, the witnesses had fully supported the case. In the considered view of the Court, it is not a case where privilege of anticipatory bail can be granted. Prayer is rejected. Petitioner shall surrender and pray for bail. If he does so within
